Contact
Real people, not a ticket queue. Whether it's a question about which racket suits your level, a bulk order for a club, or an order that's already on its way, email us and you'll get an answer — usually within one business day.
Where your order ships from
Stocked and shipped from Australia. Orders are picked and posted Monday to Friday.
Not sure which racket?
Tell us your level, how often you play, and what you're playing with now. We'll give you a straight answer, including when the cheaper racket is the better one.
Clubs and coaches
If you need ball boxes, pressurisers or racket quantities for a club, coaching program or ball machine, email us rather than ordering online and we'll sort out pricing and freight.
