Pairs well with
A fresh overgrip is the cheapest performance upgrade in the sport, and the one most club players neglect for months at a time.
A dead grip makes you squeeze harder to keep hold of the racket. Squeezing harder tightens your forearm, and a tight forearm is where padel elbow starts. Change your grip when it stops feeling tacky, not when it starts falling apart.
